Following what has become a cherished tradition, the Herzogenburger Ballroom Orchestra presented its 11th annual New Year's concert in the Anton Rupp-Halle.
Orchestra Orchestra’s chairman Dr. Werner Hackl and conductor Sandor Balogh prepared a diverse program: the approximately 400 guests reveled in melodies by G. Rossini, C.M. Ziehrer, Josef Lanner and, of course, Johann Strauss, son. Master of Ceremonies Wolfgang Trojan conveyed the listeners - among them, mayor Franz Zwicker and provost Maximilian Fürnsinn - with humor through the evening, telling amusing and interesting anecdotes about the individual works.
