As a service and suggestion for you we have assembled a representative retrospective of successful events which have taken place in recent months.


January 2, 2010/
Concert of the “Herzogenburger Ballroom orchestra”:

Following what has become a cherished tradition, the Herzogenburger Ballroom Orchestra presented its 11th annual New Year's concert in the Anton Rupp-Halle.
Orchestra Orchestra’s chairman Dr. Werner Hackl and conductor Sandor Balogh prepared a diverse program: the approximately 400 guests reveled in melodies by G. Rossini, C.M. Ziehrer, Josef Lanner and, of course, Johann Strauss, son. Master of Ceremonies Wolfgang Trojan conveyed the listeners - among them, mayor Franz Zwicker and provost Maximilian Fürnsinn - with humor through the evening, telling amusing and interesting anecdotes about the individual works. A resounding success for all the protagonists...

Concert of the Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna:

The New Year couldn't have begun with more momentum for the Johann Strauss fans in Vienna's Landstrasse district. On Jan. 19th the Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna presented a concert featuring works by Emmerich Kalman, Franz Lehar and the Strauss dynasty to an interested audience at the Festsaal at Karl Borromaeusplatz. In the style of a New Year's concert, the program featured such works as the “Voices of Spring Waltz”, melodies from the operetta "Die Fledermaus" as well as the best of “The Merry Widow.” The 7 lovely musicians were directed by violinist Ruth Müller who also escorted the audience entertainingly through the evening. Because the concert was so successful, they have been asked to give another concert in the 3rd district this summer.

13th Regenbogenball ... with the sounds of the Viennese Ladies Orchestra Johann Strauss:

For the 13th time in a row, the Wolfgang Trojan Concert Agency has been responsible for the musical program of the, in the meantime famous, Viennese Regenbogenball in the Park Hotel Schönbrunn. The illustrious gaggle of ball guests once again swept away by both the lilting waltzes of the Viennese Ladies Orchestra Johann Strauss as well as the international top hits of the Band A-Live



February 5, 2010/
Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna at the 43rd Viennese Ball 2010 in the Netherlands:

The Wolfgang Trojan Concert Agency was singled for the honor of designing the musical program for the 43rd Viennese Ball in the exclusive Grand Hotel Huis Ter Duin near Den Haag in the Netherlands. The event, which, thanks to Austrian trade delegation, has successfully been organized on-site for many years, ranks among the highlights of the Netherlands’ society events. Dutch celebrities from politics, culture and sport put in an appearance and, together with the visiting Austrian representatives, enjoyed a whole night of lilting waltz melodies as played by the Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna. A great success for the organizer as well as for the Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna …..

Gala dinner at Daun-Kinsky Palace – MOZART SHOW “The Magic of Amadeus” as Highlight:

Due to the great success on Oct. 19, 2009 we were invited to design, once again the musical highlight for an exclusive gala dinner for our internationally active client EUSA Pharma Europe Limited of Oxford. In the baroque Palace of Daun-Kinsky we presented our often requested, 25-minute program MOZART-SHOW „The Magic of Amadeus“ to the pleased guests. Our Rococo Ensemble played an entertaining program during the dinner presenting works of Jos. Haydn, W.A. Mozart and of course the Strausses.

MOZART-SHOW „The Magic of Amadeus“ for Romantik Hotels & Restaurants:

For the international guests of our client Romantik Hotels we presented an attractive artistic program at Ferstel Palace – the Rococo Ensemble performed selected works of the master composers W.A. Mozart, Franz Schubert & Johann Strauss during dinner. Moreover as artistic highlights of the evening the four musicians accompanied the performance of the Dance Formation „Viennese Waltz“ and the MOZART-SHOW „The Magic of Amadeus“. The feedback of our client: “Thank you very much for the excellent cooperation and the wonderful performance of your artists. We are looking forward to work together with you again.”

Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna at the Austrian National Library:

Thanks to our successful artistic concept for the VIP gala dinner on May 2, 2004 in the Vienna Stock Exchange, on May 1, 2005 at the Albertina and on May 7, 2006 at the Museum of Technics, ISIS Marketing Service GmbH entrusted us again this year with the program concept for a special gala evening on May 2, 2010 at the Jagdplateau of the Austrian National Library. The historic ambience of this part of the Hofburg Vienna offered the ideal framework for the appearance of Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna's quartet and the Romantic Harp Sonorities. During the evening the ensemble presented selected works of master composers W.A. Mozart, Franz Schubert, Johann Strauss, jr. & Jacques Offenbach.

Exclusive Gala Dinner at the Liechtenstein Museum in Vienna:

The Herkules Gallery of Liechtenstein Palace has been the elegant backdrop for a special gala dinner held for about 200 international guests of our client ACC Europe. The musicians of the Viennese Ladies Orchestra Johann Strauss have been entertaining the guests with beloved works of J. Hadyn, L.v. Beethoven, W.A. Mozart, Jos. Lanner and the Strausses.

Marvellous Wedding at the “Kirche am Steinhof” in Vienna:

A true dream wedding has been celebrated on June 19, 2010 at the “Kirche am Steinhof” in Vienna, a wonderful place in the Vienna woods with a splendid view all over the city. The bridal pair, Andrea & Jean were celebrating their wedding ceremony together with their families and friends and lots of famous music pieces were framing the ceremony. Besides gospel songs and the wonderful Ave Maria of Bach-Gounod our musicians presented several pieces out of G.F. Händel’s famous Water music which actually was the perfect festive framing for this wedding ceremony.

Exclusive dinner with our Female Entertainer Susanne Marik at Burgtheater Wien:

Our client Lufthansa Flight Training GmbH. entrusted us with the programming of the music part of an exclusive gala dinner at the Vestibül Restaurant of the Viennese Burgtheater. The restaurant is located in the historic centre of Vienna’s old city. Our piano player Bela Fischer provided for lively international music. Susanne Marik, our attractive entertainer from Vienna accompanied the guests throughout the evening in her charming and inimitable way, providing for an elegant reception and tastefully inviting the guests to a festive dinner, announcing speeches, presenting Vienna. After the main course, dressed in white tails, she appeared and surprised the guests with an entrancing show segment presenting jazz-, blues, swing- & musical hits such as “In the mood”, Chattanooga Choo Choo”, “Summertime”, “Big Spender”, “Cabaret” & Hello Dolly”.
A big success for both artists and and a really entertaining evening for all guests….

Festive Viennese evening at Ferstel Palace:

Our german client BAN e.V. – a cooperation of independent public accountants was holding a festive Viennese evening for its international guests in the halls of the historic Ferstel Palace. The Wolfgang Trojan Concert Agency offered an impressive artistic program perfectly co-coordinated to suit the elegant atmosphere of the customer’s chosen location: During Cocktail in the arcades and also in between the dinner in the festive hall the Viennese Ladies Orchestra Johann Strauss provided light Viennese classic tunes of Mozart, Schubert & Haydn and also the famous Viennese waltzes and polkas of the Strausses. The Highlight of the evening has been the performance of the Dance Formation Viennese Waltz presenting the classic Viennese ball opening as it is well known from the famous Viennese Opera Ball. Immediately afterwards the guests had been invited personally by the dancers to join in the waltz and to experience first hand the incomparable atmosphere of a classical Viennese ball.

MOZART-SHOW „The Magic of Amadeus“ for Erste Bank:

The General manager of Erste Bank Dr. Andreas Treichl had been inviting his international guests to an exclusive gala dinner at Ferstel Palace. For this special evening we designed an attractive artistic program – the Rococo Ensemble was performing selected works of the master composers W.A. Mozart, Joseph Haydn & Franz Schubert as well as the famous tunes of the Strausses during dinner. Moreover as artistic highlights of the evening the four musicians also accompanied the performance of the Dance Formation “Viennese Waltz” and the MOZART SHOW – The Magic of Amadeus.

Elegant Gala dinner with the Viennese ladies orchestra Johann Strauss at Mercure Grandhotel Biedermeier Wien:

This charming and very personal 4-star hotel situated in a quiet, historically land-marked, old Viennese Biedermeier arcade, offered its international guests once again a varied musical program in the classical Viennese style on New Years Eve 2010. Due to the great success of Dec. 31, 2009 the Viennese Ladies Orchestra Johann Strauss, Romantic Harp Sonorities and our musician playing the zither provided lilting waltz melodies of the Strausses, famous operetta tunes and beloved viennese folk songs for the international guests of the hotel.

The festive and traditional Ferstel New Year’s Eve Gala:

2010, for the 12th time in a row, we assumed for Palais Events, our business associates of many years, the artistic planning of the New Year’s Eve Gala 2010 in the Ferstel Palace. The fabulous six-course New Year’s Eve menu from the kitchen of the chef de cuisine Martin Berger as well as the personal attention afforded the guests by the General manager of Palais Events Mr. Alfred Flammer and his team, guarantee a beautiful New Year’s Eve, meeting the standards of even most demanding. The Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna in their beautiful Biedermeier costumes alternating with the Band Broadway and the emcee for the evening, Wolfgang Trojan, provided for lively music, the best entertainment and an exuberant mood.
