Concert of the “Herzogenburger Ballroom orchestra”:
Following what has become a cherished tradition, the Herzogenburger Ballroom Orchestra presented its 12th annual New Year's concert in the Anton Rupp-Halle. Orchestra’s chairman Dr. Werner Hackl and conductor Sandor Balogh prepared a diverse program: the approximately 400 guests reveled in melodies by G. Rossini, C.M. Ziehrer, Josef Lanner and, of course, Johann Strauss, son. Master of Ceremonies Wolfgang Trojan conveyed the listeners - among them, mayor Franz Zwicker - with humor through the evening, telling amusing and interesting anecdotes about the individual works. A resounding success for all the protagonists...

On Jan. 15th the Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna presented a concert featuring works by Emmerich Kalman, Franz Lehar and the Strauss dynasty to an interested audience in the Festsaal at the “Haus der Kaufmannschaft”. In the style of a New Year's concert, the program featured melodies from the operettas "Die Fledermaus", “Die Csardasfürstin” & “The merry widow” as well as waltzes of C.M. Ziehrer. Dinner-Song-Contest especially for SAP Österreich:
Especially for the employees of SAP Österreich we designed a very special evening at Colosseum 21 in Vienna full of music and excitement with our Dinner-Song-Contest that centers on the company’s image presented by our Female Entertainer Susanne Marik and the Band Lou. The relaxed, playful atmosphere and group interaction was a real stimulation for all guests and made the evening an unforgettable experience. Each of the songs which were chosen before the event was presented by Band Lou and assigned to a table, which was expected to enthusiastically drum up support for its own song.
After all songs had been presented, the voting took place and was followed by the thrilling moment when our female entertainer Susanne Marik presented the winning song. A special tribute including champagne was given to the winning table and then all guests were invited by Band Lou to dance to their hearts content.
Lots of fun and good mood….

Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna at the 44th Viennese Ball 2011 in the Netherlands:
Thanks to the successful ball on February 5, 2010, the Wolfgang Trojan Concert Agency was singled again for the honor of designing the musical program for the 44th Viennese Ball in the exclusive Grand Hotel Huis Ter Duin near Den Haag in the Netherlands. The event, which, thanks to Austrian trade delegation, has successfully been organized on-site for many years, ranks among the highlights of the Netherlands’ society events. Dutch celebrities from politics, culture and sport put in an appearance and, together with the visiting Austrian representatives, enjoyed a whole night of lilting waltz melodies as played by the Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna. A great success for the organizer as well as for the Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna …..
